  • Vol. 9 (2023)

This journal is a showcase for peer-reviewed articles by undergraduate and junior graduate students.

This year's volume features the work of students who have studied at universities in Canada, the US, and the UK and who come from even more countries--Switzerland, for instance!

Their papers were rigorously and generously reviewed by international scholars in the appropriate fields.

We are grateful to our contributors, to their mentors, to the reviewers of these and other submissions, and especially to Dr Ruth Maddeaux, whose title of Editorial Assistant belies the extensive and essential work you see here.

We are proud of this year's articles and hope that you enjoy reading them!

If you would like to know more about the journal, check out the "About" tab and feel free to send an email to the General Editor, Professor Carol Percy (Department of English, University of Toronto).
