Abstract
The Fourth ACM/IEEE International Conference on Distributed Smart Cameras was held at the Georgia Tech Hotel in Atlanta on August 31-September 4, 2010. The conference presents thirty technical papers covering a broad spectrum of research results in distributed smart cameras, a keynote by Prof. Ian Akyildiz, and a Ph.D. forum presenting promising new results. Two tutorials, one on DSP programming by Prof. David Anderson and another on compressive sensing by Profs. Volkan Cevher and Justin Romberg complete the conference program.
